Quality policy
Razan Pardaz Tehran Co.began its activity in the line of production of medical
and hospital equipment in 2003. By establishing the quality management system ,
the company attempts to reach the following goals.
1. wining the satisfaction of the patient through:
Timely fulfillment of undertakings.
Promotion of quality of the company products
Promotion of quality and quantity of the after-sales services
2. Having greater share in market through:
Offering logical and competitive prices
Brining variety in company products
Entending the sales netword
Entering the new markets
Exporting products
3. Continuous Improvement of the Effects of Quality Management System through
Perventive measures
Amending measures
For the purpose of offering better services in a shorter period of time, the
responsibility of sale, after-sales services and agency network, and services
has been assigned to Razan Pardaz Co, directed by Mrs. Malayeri, Engineer.
The responsibility of supervision due performance of undertakings and
controlling the policy and observing the quality system is assigned to Managing
Director, Mr Lashgari, Engineer.
All the managers and workers of the company are fully empowerred to perform
their organizational task.
This policy is revised every year by the Board of Directors and the relevant
changes are reflected in the system.
